ELIGIBILITY – Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry and currently residing in the USA.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – This sweepstakes will start at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 7/1/14 and end at 11:59 p.m. ET on 9/1/14.
PRIZES – One (1) Grand Prize: One Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for 2 to O’ahu, HI in February 2015 to attend the Wanderlust Festival. Trip includes round trip coach airfare for two from airport nearest winner’s residence to O’ahu, HI, transportation to and from the airport/resort, standard hotel accommodations for 5 nights double occupancy at the Turtle Bay resort in O’ahu, HI, two “sage” passes to the 2015 Wanderlust O’ahu Festival and $1,500 in spending money awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner. All federal, state and local taxes as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded are winner’s sole responsibility. Sponsor will report value of prize as required by law. Sponsor makes no warranty with respect to any prize. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, who reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Trip must be taken at time and dates specified by Sponsor. Total ARV of trip is $7,311. ARV may vary depending upon city of departure, as well as flight and accommodation fees. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual retail value will not be awarded.
