ELIGIBILITY – Open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., (excluding Rhode Island, New York, and Florida) 18 years of age or older.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – Beginning at 12:00:01 am ET on July 13, 2014 through 11:59:59 pm ET on July 26, 2014.

PRIZES – SWEEPSTAKES: One (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize: Free groceries for a year, awarded in the form of Kroger gift cards. Terms and conditions of gift cards apply. ARV: $2,400. Thirty-three (33) 1D Sweepstakes Prizes (three (3) per Location): Four (4) tickets to a One Direction concert at the selected Location. ARV: $480. Date, timing and seating for tickets will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Tickets cannot be resold. Tickets will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
INSTANT WIN GAME: Two hundred (200) First Prizes: A $25 Kroger gift card, loaded to your Kroger Plus Card. Terms and conditions of digital gift cards apply. ARV: $25.
Six thousand (6,000) Second Prizes: A free Mondelēz product (determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) loaded to your Kroger Plus Card. ARV: $2.39 – $3.89.

PRIZES – Instant Win Prizes: (awarded as a digital coupon loaded to winners’ Shopper Card):
