ELIGIBILITY – The “Knockout Peanut Butter Smoothie Sweepstakes” is open only to (i) legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are physically located and residing therein, (ii) who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry in the Sweepstakes (or in the case of legal residents of jurisdictions where the age of majority is greater than 18 years of age, such age of majority under the laws of the jurisdiction in which they reside at the time of entry), and (iii) who have access to the Internet.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – Sweepstakes begins 12:01:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 04/14/14 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 5/09/14.

PRIZES – There will be one (1) Prize awarded per winner of each entry segment of the Promotion Period to a total of four (4) prizes awarded for all weekly winners of the Promotion. Each weekly winner will receive two (2) Orchestra tickets to a performance of Rocky Broadway (date to be determined and weekend performances excluded) and fifty (50)jars of Peanut Butter & Co. peanut butter. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $540.
