ENTRY LIMIT – Entrants may submit one (1) entry per day of the Promotional Period. Entrant will also receive one (1) entry for each friend they invite to enter the Sweepstakes by way of the offered share links on the entry confirmation page received once Entrant’s entry is submitted if invited friend(s) submits an entry for the Sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY – Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and other commonwealths, territories and possessions) who are 21 years of age or older.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 p.m. (MDT) on Sunday, April 19, 2015 and ends at 10:00 p.m. (MDT) on Sunday May 10, 2015.

PRIZES – One (1) qualifying Entrant will receive a prize package consisting of the following: 1) Two (2) round-trip coach class airline tickets from any major city served by major airlines in the 48 contiguous United States to Phoenix, Arizona (PHX) (If winner resides within Arizona, ground transportation shall be substituted); 2) two (2) nights hotel stay (single room, double occupancy); 3) transportation to and from PHX airport, hotel, and Bret Michaels’ home, 4) two (2) spa packages, 5) one (1) dinner for two (2) with Bret Michaels, and 6) two (2) pre-paid credit cards for $225 ($450 total). The approximate retail value of the prize package is less than $5,000.
