ELIGIBILITY – Legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, and the District of Columbia, who are the age of majority or older are eligible to enter.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – Serta’s “Shaun the Sheep Movie” Sweepstakes begins on July14, 2015 at 12:01 a.m. Central Daylight Saving Time (“CDT”) and ends on August 18, 2015 at 11:59 p.m. CDT.

PRIZES – One (1) Grand Prize: The Grand Prize winner will receive a private screening of the movie “Shaun the Sheep Movie” for the winner and up to one hundred (100) guests at a theater close to the Grand Prize winner’s home (such theater to be selected by Sponsor or Lions Gate in their sole discretion), One Thousand Dollars (US $1,000) to purchase concessions at the Screening, and one (1) Serta Perfect Sleeper® mattress set of winner’s choosing valued at $1,800 or less. The specific date, time and location of the Screening shall be at the sole discretion of Lions Gate. If (i) the Grand Prize winner cannot attend the Screening on the date and at the time selected by Lions Gate, or (ii) the Grand Prize winner’s residence is not within thirty (30) miles of an appropriate location for the Screening, or (iii) the Grand Prize winner is unwilling, for any reason, to receive the Grand Prize as described in and in accordance with these Official Rules, the Grand Prize may be forfeited in its entirety. “Shaun the Sheep Movie” is rated PG. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)of the Grand Prize: $4,300.00. The Grand Prize also includes delivery of the mattress set to Grand Prize winner’s home and may be awarded through a gift card/gift certificate or voucher to a retailer near the Grand Prizewinner’s residence. ARV may vary based on size of mattress and type of mattress foundation selected by Grand Prize winner.
Four(4) Weekly Prizes: Each Weekly Period winner will receive a Movie Basket which includes: two (2) general admission movie tickets to see “Shaun the Sheep Movie”; one (1) “Shaun the Sheep Movie” plush toy; one (1) “Shaun the Sheep Movie” junior novelization book ; one (1) “Shaun the Sheep Movie” photo frame ; one (1) Serta Counting Sheep plush toy; one (1) Serta Luxury Fleece blanket; and one (1) Serta Counting Sheep keychain. ARV of each Weekly Prize: $168.00.
