ELIGIBILITY – The LAY’S® Do Us A Flavor™ Choose Your Chip Contest is open only to legal residents of any of the 50 United States or District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – The period in which the public may buy and try the different Finalists’ Flavors and vote for their favorite begins at 12:00:01 a.m. CT on July 28, 2014 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on October 18, 2014.

PRIZES –  (3,360 total, 120 per Day): $5 Target eGiftCard. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5 each.

ENTRY LIMIT – For each valid entry submitted into the LAY’S® Do Us A Flavor™ Choose Your Chip Contest through the Retailer Web Site, entrant will have the opportunity to submit one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes random drawing for a chance to win a prize associated with the Day in which he/she entered.

ELIGIBILITY – The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of any of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry who enter the LAY’S® Do Us A Flavor™ Choose Your Chip Contest through the Retailer Web site.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – Sweepstakes begins at 11:00:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on February 17, 2014 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on March 15, 2014.
