ELIGIBILITY – Open only to persons, who are, as of date of Entry, between the ages of 6 and 18 (inclusive) (“Child”) or a Parent of an eligible Child, legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – During the period beginning at 12:01 A.M., Pacific Time (“PT”) August 11, 2014 and ending at 11:59 P.M. PT, September 24, 2014.

PRIZES – ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A three (3) day / two (2) night trip for Grand Prize winner and three (3) guests (the “Guests,” and together with the Winner, the “Group”) to the Los Angeles, CA area (“City”), on Sponsor-selected dates to meet Laura Marano (“Meet and Greet”) of Disney Channel’s, Austin and Ally, subject to availability (“Trip”), consisting of the following elements for the Group: [1] hotel accommodations (one standard room/quad occupancy, including room tax) for two (2) nights; [2] a Meet and Greet (subject to availability) with Laura Marano (at a location to be determined and chosen by Sponsor) where Grand Winner will have a cooking lesson; [3] a cooking lesson from a Birds Eye® chef for the Grand Winner; [4] hotel/Meet and Greet transfers; [5] if Grand Winner’s residence is located more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near Grand Winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and a Sponsor-selected airport in or near the City; but if Grand Winner’s residence is located two hundred fifty (250) miles or less from the City, round-trip ground transportation via a Sponsor-selected method between Grand Winner’s residence and the hotel and [6] airport/hotel transfers if air transportation is provided. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) for Grand Prize: $4,500 which will vary depending upon points of departure and destination and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares. If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded.
