ENTRY LIMIT – Limit: You may enter one (1) time during the Promotion Period. BONUS ENTRIES: In addition to submitting the registration form, you will have the option to sign up for the Movember Foundation. At the time of entry, if you opt into sharing your first name, last name, valid email address, and zip code with the Movember Foundation, you will receive five (5) additional entries.

ELIGIBILITY – The Jurassic World Ultimate Home Theater System Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – The Sweepstakes begins on October 1, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 15, 2015 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

PRIZES – ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) pre-paid gift card in the amount of $4,800, one (1) Jurassic World Blu-ray™ that includes Digital Copy, and one (1) Special Edition Jurassic World Barbasol Can. The pre-paid gift card is not redeemable as cash. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the Grand Prize with one of comparable or greater value. The pre-paid gift card is subject to its respective gift card terms and conditions. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,832.
FIVE (5) FIRST PRIZES: One (1) Jurassic World Blu-ray™ that includes Digital Copy and one (1) Special Edition Jurassic World Barbasol Can. ARV of each First Prize is $32.

ENTRY LIMIT – Only one entry per person.

ELIGIBILITY – The Promotion is open only to natural persons who are legal residents and physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) and who are thirteen years (13) of age or older at of the beginning of the Promotion Period.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – Promotion begins on June 3, 2015 on or about 12:00 am Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on June 23, 2015 at 11:59 pm PT.

PRIZES – One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) 5-day/4-night trip for two (2) people to Universal Resort in Orlando, Florida (the “Trip”). The Trip includes round trip economy air transportation for two (2) from the major airport nearest winner’s residence+, four (4) nights hotel accommodations (based on single room, double occupancy), ground transportation to/from Orlando area airport and hotel+, and two (2) 3-day passes to Universal Orlando Resort theme parks. ARV (Approximate Retail Value) of the Grand Prize is $3,700.
