ENTRY LIMIT – Limit one Entry per person, per email address during the Sweepstakes Period.

ELIGIBILITY – Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older as of date of Entry.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – The Hostess Minions Sweepstakes begins November 8, 2015 at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends February 15, 2016 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT.

PRIZES – Grand Prize (1): A four (4) day / three (3) night trip for four (4) to the winner’s choice of Universal Studios Hollywood in Los Angeles, CA or Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, FL. Trip includes round-trip coach-class air transportation for four (4) from the closest major airport to winner’s residence (determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA or Orlando, FL (depending on the winner’s chosen destination), three (3) nights’ accommodations (based on 2 rooms, double occupancy) at Sponsor-specified hotel, theme park tickets, depending on winner’s choice; either 3-Park Unlimited Passes for admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure, and Wet ‘n Wild Orlando for winner and up to three (3) guests, or General Admission tickets for three (3) days admission to Universal Studios Hollywood for winner and up to three (3) guests, and a $400 check or Sponsor-specified gift card (in Sponsor’s sole discretion) for a meal and ground transportation. If the Grand Prize winner’s home is within two hundred (200) miles of Los Angeles, CA or Orlando, FL (depending on the winner’s chosen destination), then Sponsor reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation to/from Los Angeles, CA/Grand Prize Winner’s home or to/from Orlando, FL/Grand Prize winner’s home (depending on the winner’s chosen destination) with no additional compensation. The ARV of the Grand Prize is up to $4,999. Prize is nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsor in the event that the Grand Prize (or portion of the Grand Prize) cannot be awarded for any reason, in which case, Sponsor will award a prize of equal or greater value. The Grand Prize, and each element thereof, are awarded “as is” with no warranty (except as specifically included) or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Trip must be taken before March 31, 2017 or prize will be forfeited.
