ELIGIBILITY – The Dr Pepper/Sodexo Spider-Man: Far From Home Promotion, which consists of the Dr Pepper/Sodexo Spider-Man: Far From Home Game (the “Game”) and the Dr Pepper/Sodexo Spider-Man: Far From Home Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) (collectively, the “Promotion”) is open only to individual, legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (“D.C.”), who are 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry.
SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 6/1/19 and ends on 7/15/19 at 11:59:59 AM ET.
PRIZES – One (1) Grand Prize: a 4-night/5-day trip for winner and one (1) guest to London, England (the “Trip”). Trip includes: round trip, coach air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from a major gateway airport near winner’s home to a major airport in London, England, four nights’ hotel accommodations (1 standard room, double occupancy), 1,000.00 spending allowance and air & hotel taxes. Winner & guest responsible to supply passport/visa and must travel together on the same itinerary on dates as specified by Sponsor or Sweepstakes Grand Prize may be forfeited in its entirety. Spending allowance will be awarded in the form of a prepaid debit card or check in US Dollars (at Sponsor’s sole discretion); should Sponsor elect to award spending allowance as a debit card, Sponsor shall determine in its sole discretion the issuer of the debit card and the debit card will be subject to the terms and conditions of use as indicated thereon. Travel must be completed by 12/31/19. In the event the winner cannot travel to London, England by the date designated by Sponsor, winner may be disqualified. Travel subject to availability, blackout dates, advanced notice requirements, and once booked, no changes will be permitted. Winner and guest will not receive frequent flyer miles, hotel stay award points or other “perks” in conjunction with Trip travel. Winner and guest must act appropriately during trip; and, if they fail to do so, the trip may be terminated and Promotion Entities will not have any further liability or obligation to the winner or guest. Additional restrictions may apply. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000.00.
Three Thousand (3,000) Game Prizes will be awarded: Each Game Prize consists of a $5.00 Fandango® Promotional Code* delivered as a unique promotion code sent to the email address used to register for the Promotion. Use of Promo Code subject to terms and conditions set by issuer. Total ARV of all Game Prizes: $15,000.00.
