ELIGIBILITY – Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the forty-eight contiguous (48) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older).

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – The Frigidaire and Green Giant “Make-Ahead Meals” Sweepstakes starts on March 4, 2015 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on March 25, 2015 at 11:59 p.m. CT.

PRIZES – GRAND PRIZE (1): Both winner and one (1) friend or family member of winner will each receive a Frigidaire 2-in-1 Freezer/Refrigerator (model FGVU21F8QF, MSRP $1299) and a one (1) year supply of Green Giant frozen vegetables awarded in the form of twenty five (25) coupons, each redeemable for one (1) package of Green Giant bagged frozen vegetables (value up to $3.05 per coupon, total maximum Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $76.25) and twenty five (25) coupons, each redeemable for one (1) package of Green Giant boxed frozen vegetables (value up to $2.25 per coupon, total maximum ARV $56.25). Friend or family member selected by winner to receive prize must be at least 18 years of age and a legal U.S. resident with a primary residence within the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia. The maximum ARV of Grand Prize: $2865.00 ($1,432.50 for winner and $1,432.50 for the chosen friend or family member).
