ELIGIBILITY – This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and D.C. who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – Beginning at 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Eastern Time (“ET”) on Sept. 1, 2014 until 12:00 p.m. (noon) ET on Sept. 28, 2014.

PRIZES – The Grand Prize Winner will receive the following (the “Grand Prize”): a trip for two (2) to the set of Guy’s Grocery Games in Santa Rosa, Calif., which includes: (i) round-trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and guest between the major U.S. commercial airport in the 48 contiguous United States and D.C. nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence and Santa Rosa, California; (ii) three (3) days and two (2) nights hotel accommodations (as determined by Sponsor) (one double occupancy room, room rate and taxes only); and (iii) the opportunity to participate in a Grocery List Challenge, which will be filmed and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, aired on television and/or the Food Network website. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $3,500.

ELIGIBILITY – This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry and have at least one child who is between the ages of 9 to 13 (including via legal guardian status).

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 1, 2014 until 5:00 p.m. ET on September 30, 2014.

PRIZES – There will be 4 winners. Each Grand Prize Winner shall win the following (the “Grand Prize”): a trip for two (2) for Grand Prize Winner and his/her child to New York City, which includes: (i) two (2) round trip coach class air fares between the major commercial airport in the 50 United States and D.C. closest to Grand Prize Winner’s residence and New York, New York (airports determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); (ii) four (4) days and three (3) nights first class hotel accommodations (as determined by Sponsor) (one double occupancy room, room rate and taxes only); and (iii) a VIP experience for Grand Prize Winner and child at the Food Network headquarters, including a cooking demo and an expertly cooked meal.  Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $3,540.
