ENTRY LIMIT – Only one entry per person.

ELIGIBILITY – This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States or the District of Columia ages 18 or older, excluding residents of New York and Florida.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – Sweepstakes entries must be submitted during the period beginning at 12:01 a.m. April 8, 2014 and ending 11:59 p.m. April 15, 2014.

PRIZES – One (1) lucky winner will win a trip for two to Andaz Maui at Wailea. Trip includes three nights/four days double occupancy hotel accommodations at the Andaz Maui at Wailea; spa treatments for two (up to $350 total); breakfast every morning (Ka’ana Kitchen or room service) (up to $90 per day total); one special dinner experience for two at Ka’ana Kitchen (up to $150 total, not including alcoholic beverages); one water activity of winner’s choice (guided or rental) and round-trip ground transportation from the airport in Maui to the Andaz Maui at Wailea. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the hotel package is $3,000.
-The winner will also receive round-trip coach airfare for two, to and from Maui, provided by Expedia, up to $3,965 in value.
All local, state, and federal taxes, as well as all ground transportation, activities, meals and incidentals not specified and all gratuities arising from this sweepstakes are the responsibility of winners and not the Sponsors.
Total ARV of the prize is $6,965.00.Trip must be taken by April 18, 2015.
