ELIGIBILITY – Countdown to Confidence Daily Instant Win & Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – The Promotion begins on September 15, 2014 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 13, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
PRIZES – Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: An Invisalign® or Invisalign Teen® treatment and a check for $1,000. The Treatment may be used for winner or a member of winner’s immediate family with an Invisalign provider chosen at Sponsor’s sole discretion (up to a maximum value of $5,000). Actual value of Treatment will vary and winner will not receive the difference between the actual value and the maximum approximate value. Treatment must be initiated within nine (9) months of Grand Prize winner confirmation or Grand Prize winner forfeits this aspect of the Grand Prize.
