ENTRY LIMIT – Entries are accepted on weekdays only during the Sweepstakes Period. One (1) online entry or one (1) text message entry per Entrant per day on weekdays only during the Sweepstakes Period.

ELIGIBILITY – The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who meet the following criteria: (a) are twenty-one (21) years of age (or age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence) or older, who (only applicable if using text method of entry) have a registered wireless account with Short Message Services (“SMS”) capability and/or wireless internet service, and (b) are a legal resident of and physically residing in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico (excluding Guam, American Samoa, United States territories, possessions, and protectorates, foreign based United States military installations and wherever restricted or prohibited by law).

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – The entry period for the “The Middle’s Middle Earth” Sweepstakes begins Monday, March 16, 2015, at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on Friday, March 27, 2015.

PRIZES – Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize awarded. One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a cabin on an up to fourteen (14) day cruise (of Sponsor’s selection) from Australia to New Zealand for Winner and one (1) travel guest. Trip consists of: round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Australia (airport as determined solely by Sponsor). Cruise ship selection and travel dates will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Grand Prize also includes Dunedin, Journey to Middle Earth: Lord of the Rings High Country tour; and Wellington, Lord of the Rings Locations tour. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Trip is Nine Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Eight Dollars ($9,998.00).

DVD Prizes (10 Winners): DVD prize winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries to receive “The Hobbit: Battle of the Five Armies” Blu-ray™ Combo Pack (each a “DVD Prize”). ARV of each DVD Prize: $35.99.
