SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – The Sweepstakes begins on October 12, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 10, 2015 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

PRIZES – Grand Prize: Thirty (30) Grand Prize winners will each receive one (1) $100 USD gift card (terms and conditions apply).
