ELIGIBILITY – Margaritaville Beach Cruisin’ Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States including the District of Columbia, age 21 or older.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – January 1, 2018, at 12:00:01 a.m. ET through January 31, 2018, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.

PRIZES – One (1) Grand Prize is available. Grand Prize consists of: Two (2) Margaritaville 26” Cruiser Bikes (Style #: LFH154T01-ORAN-OS or Style #: LFH154T02-ROYA-OS), each with a parrot horn, cup holder, and adult helmet (ARV $290.00 each) . Winner will select color and style of prize components based on available styles at Margaritaville.com. There is no substitution for any prize or any portion thereof except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor may substitute a prize of comparable value if an advertised prize or any portion thereof becomes unavailable. The prize is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. Any difference between advertised and actual values will not be awarded. Winner is responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes and any expenses or costs related to the prize not expressly set forth above. The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $580.00.
