ELIGIBILITY – The Expedia Holiday Card Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, twenty-one (21) years of age or older.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – Between 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on Monday, June 17, 2019 and 11:59 p.m. PT on Sunday, June 30, 2019.

PRIZES – (1): The prize is a trip of winner’s choosing with a value of up to $50,000 booked on Expedia, and a $7,000 check which may be used to defray the applicable taxes on the prize. Trip may include air transportation, rental car, hotel accommodations, activities and excursions, and ground transfers. Cruises are excluded and cannot be redeemed for trip. Trip can be for winner and as many guests as is desired by the winner up to $50,000 in value. Winner must book travel through Sponsor and must redeem prize on one (1) trip; multiple trips will not be permitted. Trip must be completed by December 31, 2019 or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Trip consists of roundtrip, coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to designated location of winner’s choice. Number of days, number of nights hotel accommodations, and number of days car rental are subject to winner’s selection and availability. Car rental (if applicable) is subject to car rental company terms and conditions. If winner resides within a 100-mile radius of destination, ground transportation will be provided in lieu thereof. Sponsor will assist the winner in booking travel, and all details must be agreed upon by both Sponsor and winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of prize trip and check is up to $57,000. Actual value may vary based on point of departure, location, number of people, and availability. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded.
