ELIGIBILITY – The Sweepstakes is open only to persons who are a legal resident of one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia and at least eighteen (18) years of age or older and the age of majority in their state of primary residence at the time of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – The “BBC America Christmas Giveaway” begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 15, 2014 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 26, 2014.

PRIZES – There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded in the Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize Winner will receive a four (4) day, three (3) night trip for Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests (each, a “Travel Companion”) to Universal Orlando® Resort in Orlando, Florida. Trip will include; (a) round trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) Guests from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize Winner’s home (as determined by Prize Provider in their sole discretion) to Orlando, FL. In the event the Grand Prize Winner is a resident of Florida, air transportation may be substituted with another method of transportation by Prize Provider at its sole discretion,; (b) three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations (one room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) at Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort (or at another on-site hotel as determined by the Prize Provider in their sole discretion); (c) non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Orlando, FL; ); (d) up to four (4) 3-Park Unlimited Passes that will allow access to Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Wet ‘n Wild for Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) Travel Companions; and (e) attendance at one (1) Blue Man Group performance (exact date and time to be determined by Prize Provider in their sole discretion) for Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) Travel Companions. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is Three Thousand Two Hundred Forty Dollars and Sixty Eight cents ($3,240.68).
