ONE THOUSAND (1,000) SECOND PRIZES: Each Second Prize consists of winner’s choice of one (1) case of Popcorn Indiana popcorn selected from a list of five (5) options designated by Sponsor and stated herein: (i) Fit Olive Oil 4.4 oz; (ii) Fit Real Butter 3 oz; (iii) Fit Sea Salt 4.4 oz; (iv) Aged White Cheddar 6.5 oz; or (v) Kettlecorn 8 oz. Each case consists of six (6) bags of Popcorn. Winner’s selection of Popcorn Indiana popcorn flavor is subject to availability. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Popcorn Indiana popcorn flavor in the event the flavor selected by a winner is not available. ARV of each Second Prize: $21.00. ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize is a Cruise for Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) Guests consisting of one (1) exterior stateroom (quad occupancy) aboard a cruise line designated by Sponsor that travels to the Western Caribbean and round trip economy class air transportation for Winner and up to three (3) Guests from major commercial airport nearest Winner’s residence (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to port of Cruise departure and onboard meals. ELIGIBILITY – This 2015 Super Bowl Satisfaction Game & Sweepstakes is open to individual legal residents of the 48 United States and Washington, District of Columbia who are age 13 or older as of date of participation.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01pm ET on December 29, 2014 and ends at 11:59:59 am ET on February 27, 2015.

PRIZES – One (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize: Two (2) tickets to Super Bowl 50 scheduled to be held on February 7, 2016 in Santa Clara, California (the “Football Game”), hotel accommodations for four (4) nights (single room with double occupancy at a hotel selected by Sponsor), round-trip coach class air transportation and $500 (awarded as a check). (Grand Prize Winner and travel guest are subject to and must comply with all applicable Football Game venue and ticket, air travel and hotel rules, restrictions and terms and failure to comply may result in a forfeiture of any unused portion of the Grand Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for postponement or cancellation of the Football Game or issues arising from Football Game venue operation and management that affect seating or otherwise.
