ENTRY LIMIT – Limit of one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person, per email address, per day throughout the Promotion Period via this method of entry. Limit of one (1) Game play per person, per email address, per day throughout the Promotion Period.
ELIGIBILITY – The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of Promotion registration (except in Alabama and Nebraska (entrants must be 19 years of age) in Mississippi (entrants must be 21 years of age).
SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – Rock The Sweeps begins at 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 1, 2016 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on November 28, 2016.
PRIZES – GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize will be available to be awarded, consisting of a trip for four (4) (winner and three (3) guests) to New York, New York from December 9, 2016 – December 11, 2016 or December 16, 2016 – December 18, 2016. Grand Prize package includes:
Round-trip coach air transportation for winner and guests from a major airport, as determined by Sponsor, near the winner’s home within the U.S. to New York, NY;
One (1) standard room for four (4) for three (3) days/two (2) nights;
Group transportation (if needed) to/from hotel/airport; and
Four (4) tickets to the 2016 Christmas Spectacular Starring the Radio City Rockettes at Radio City Music Hall (the “Christmas Spectacular Show”).
Grand Prize winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary either from December 9, 2016 – December 11, 2016 or December 16, 2016 – December 18, 2016. If winner and guests cannot comply with these restrictions, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be chosen. Exact date and time of Christmas Spectacular show to be deterred by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Show tickets are subject to the terms and conditions stated thereon. Seat locations are determined by Sponsor. Grand Prize Winner and guests must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of prize. If event is cancelled or postponed, no compensation or substitution will be provided; however, remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize package is $6,000.00
INSTANT WIN PRIZES (508): A total of Five Hundred Eight (508) Instant Win Prizes will be available to be awarded, as detailed below:
Twenty Eight (28) $100 New York & Company, Inc. Gift Cards;
Fifty Six (56) $50 New York & Company, Inc. Gift Cards;
Four Hundred Twenty (420) $10 New York & Company, Inc. Gift Cards; and
Four (4) sets of four (4) tickets to the 2016 Christmas Spectacular Show at Radio City Music Hall (winner will select from pre-determined show times) (awarded via mail to the winner) Travel to and from the show is not included as part of the prize. ARV: $400.00 per set. Meet and greet with a Rockette after the performance (subject to availability; Rockette to be determined by Sponsor).
