ELIGIBILITY – The Sabra NFL Ultimate Tailgating Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (19 years or older in AL and NE) and located in the U.S. at the time of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – The Promotion begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on November 15, 2014 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on February 1, 2015.

PRIZES – Prizes for Online Entrants (drawn from all eligible Online Entries received during the current and each prior Monthly Entry Period):

Winner’s guest must be 21 years of age or older, unless the winner is the parent/legal guardian of the guest. Actual value of trip prize will depend on airfare fluctuations and point of departure. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. ELIGIBILITY – Lance Snacks Bolds Fuel You Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – The Sweepstakes begins on January 26, 2014 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on June 8, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

PRIZES – ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for four (4) to Austin, TX. Trip package includes
round trip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner’s
home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Austin, TX; five (5) nights’
accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (two rooms, each double occupancy);ground transportation between the airport and hotel; four (4) VIP passes
for the X-Games and one (1) behind the scenes tour for four (4) people; and travel agent
services. Winner must travel on June 4, 2014 and return on June 9, 2014 or prize will be
forfeited. VIP passes include admission into X Games Austin for all 3 event days, viewing of
all competitions at X Games Austin, and access into the VIP lounge for all 3 event days.
Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be
round trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $11,000.
NINETEEN (19) FIRST PRIZES (one (1) awarded per Weekly Entry Period): Winner’s choice of a BMX bike, custom skateboard, or sbyke (awarded as a $300 digital gift code from an online vendor determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion once winner’s prize selection has been made). ARV: $300 each.
FIFTY SEVEN (57) SECOND PRIZES (three (3) awarded per Weekly Entry Period): A $75 gift code for DCShoes.com. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for complaints or issues regarding codes
(claims that code is invalid, insufficient, etc.) and winner should address any such issues
with the issuer of the code. ARV: $75.
ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED (1,900) THIRD PRIZES (one hundred (100) awarded per Weekly Entry Period): A Lance branded sticker/decal. ARV: $2.
