ELIGIBILITY – This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths who are 21 years of age or older as of April 20, 2021.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 21, 2021 until 5:00 p.m. ET on June 11, 2021, you may enter the HGTV Smart Home 2021 Sweepstakes.

PRIZES – One (1) Grand Prize Winner shall win the Grand Prize, which consists of: (i) the home located in Naples, Florida (the “HGTV Smart Home 2021”) that is featured in the “HGTV Smart Home 2021” special (including home furnishings, fixtures, artwork, and merchandise) (approximate retail value (“ARV”): $946,210); (ii) One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) (awarded in the form of electronic funds transfer) courtesy of LendingTree (the “Cash Prize”); and (iii) a 2021 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Cabriolet automobile (MSRP: $81,915) (the “Mercedes-Benz Prize”). Actual value of HGTV Smart Home 2021 depends on market fluctuations. All components (as applicable) of the HGTV Smart Home 2021 will be selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion. The HGTV Smart Home 2021 shall be conveyed to the Grand Prize Winner on or about October 1, 2021. (ARV: $69,995) (the “Motorhome Prize”). Actual value of HGTV Dream Home 2021 depends on market fluctuations. In lieu of taking title to the HGTV Dream Home 2021 (and the contents of the HGTV Dream Home 2021), the Grand Prize Winner will have the option of receiving Seven Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($750,000) in cash (the “Cash Option”). If Grand Prize Winner elects to take the Cash Option, the Grand Prize Winner will forfeit the HGTV Dream Home 2021, but will still receive the Cash Prize and the Motorhome Prize. Total ARV of the Grand Prize is $2,852,165, if Grand Prize Winner takes title to the HGTV Dream Home 2021, or $1,069,995, if Grand Prize Winner selects the Cash Option in lieu.
