-One (1) Hometown screening of the film “The Avengers 2” for up to 60 family and friends to take place at a theatre close to the winner’s home, which shall be chosen at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, on a date during which the film is generally being shown in theaters. (the Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is $1,500 USD/$1,864.04 CDN)

Note: If for some reason the Sponsor is unable to coordinate a private screening based on the grand prize winner’s hometown location, the Sponsor reserves the right at Sponsor’s sole discretion to fulfill the prize in the form of a $1,500 USD Fandango gift card or if the winner is from Canada they will receive a $1,500 USD check valued at $1,864.04 CDN.
-One (1) prize pack of “The Avengers 2” branded merchandise. ARV is $100 USD/$124.27 CDN.
-One (1) $1,000/$1,000 CDN The Children’s Place gift card.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – The Sweepstakes begins on March 25, 2015 at 12:00 PM ET and ends on April 23, 2015 at 11:59 PM ET.

PRIZES – The prize that will be awarded in the Sweepstakes is outlined as follows:

Travel must be completed by June 9, 2016.
-Two confirmed itineraries (for grand prize winner and guest) for INTREPID TRAVEL’S “Chile & Argentina Discovery” 13-day guided trip originating in Santiago, Chile and leaving from Buenos Aires, Argentina and including accommodations, inter-trip transport and 6 breakfasts. There must be at least 4 fully paying passengers on the date requested before the winner may be booked.
