ENTRY LIMIT – Limit: One entry per person and one entry per e-mail address during the Promotion Period.

ELIGIBILITY – This sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old and licensed drivers as of the date of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – Promotion begins 12:00 PM ET March 14, 2014 and ends 12:00 NOON ET April 15, 2014.

PRIZES – There will be one (1) grand prize winner. The grand prize is one (1) 2014 Nissan Rogue and one (1) $1,000.00 MYHABIT gift card (“GC”). The approximate retail value of the prize is $23,490. Winner is solely responsible for any and all expenses related to the vehicle including but not limited to fees for title, registration, insurance, license, taxes, gasoline and other costs not included. Vehicle color, trim level and other vehicle equipment and options and equipment are selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner must travel to a Nissan dealership near their hometown, as chosen by Sponsor, to take delivery of the vehicle on a date selected by Sponsor after consultation with the winner. At the time of vehicle delivery, winner will be required to provide the dealership with their valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. The winner must have or will need to create an Amazon.com or MYHABIT account in order to redeem the GC. The GC may only be used for purchases of eligible goods on Amazon.com or certain of its affiliated websites.
