ENTRY LIMIT – Limit: One (1) Sweepstakes entry and one (1) Instant Win Game play per day, per email address/person during the Promotion Period.

ELIGIBILITY – Open only to residents of the 50 United States, D.C., and Puerto Rico 13 years of age or older at the time of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – Promotion begins at 12:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 8, 2024 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on October 31, 2024.

PRIZES – One (1) Grand Prize: A 4 day/3 night trip for four (winner and three (3) guests) to the U.S.-based theme park of winner’s choice (excluding Alaska and Hawaii-based theme parks (if any)). Trip consists of roundtrip coach class air travel for four (winner and three (3) guests) from a major airport nearest the winner’s residence to airport nearest chosen theme park on Sponsor designated dates (as determined by Sponsor); 4 day/3 night hotel accommodations (one room, quad occupancy); roundtrip ground transportation between airport/hotel and hotel/theme park; four (4) tickets to theme park (number of days determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); one (1) Nintendo Switch; one (1) Nintendo eShop download code (valued at up to $59.99); one (1) backpack; one (1) journal; one (1) lunch box; one (1) tumbler; assorted Nabisco product and $2,900 in spending money for the winner only. ARV: $12,590.00. Winner must be able to travel on the dates determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Winner must complete the trip within one (1) year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited.
Fifty (50) First Prizes: Each winner will receive one (1) Super Mario and Nabisco Prize Pack, which includes one (1) Nintendo Switch – OLED Model system; one (1) download code for a digital game for Nintendo Switch as determined by Sponsor; one (1) backpack; one (1) journal; one (1) tumbler; one (1) lunch box and assorted Nabisco product. ARV: $513.00 each.
INSTANT WIN GAME: One hundred twenty-three (123) Prizes: Each winner will receive one (1) journal; one (1) tumbler; one (1) lunch box; one (1) backpack and assorted Nabisco product. ARV: $103.00 each.

ENTRY LIMIT – One (1) entry per person per day for each Entry Period Drawing and a maximum of one (1) entry per person per day into the Grand Prize Drawing regardless of the number of Website Entries submitted and whether entrant has more than one email address.

ELIGIBILITY – Hallmark Channel’s Christmas in July Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, who are age 21 or older at the time of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on Thursday, June 27, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on Wednesday, July 31, 2024.

PRIZES – Grand Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won. Grand Prize consists of a trip for two (2), winner and one (1) guest, to Kansas City, MO to attend the Hallmark Christmas Experience from 12/06/24 to 12/08/24. Prize package will include:

Two (2) Find Magic Ticket Packages to the 2024 Hallmark Christmas Experience;
Round-trip, coach-class airfare for two (2) from a major airport within the 48 contiguous US;
Two (2) nights themed room accommodations at a hotel of Sponsor’s choice;
Round trip transfers to/from destination airport and hotel;
Breakfast with Santa;
HCE signature brunch; and
HCE signature dinner.
The total ARV of the Grand Prize is: $6,880.71.

Period 1 Prize: There is one (1) Period 1 Prize available to be won. Period 1 Prize includes one (1) Balsam Hill 7.5’ Noble Fir, clear LED. The ARV of the Period 1 Prize: $1,199.

Period 2 Prize: There is one (1) Period 2 Prize available to be won. Period 2 Prize includes one (1) Balsam Hill 7.5’ Frosted Alpine Balsam Fir, LED Clear fairy lights. The ARV of the Period 2 Prize: $749.

Period 3 Prize: There is one (1) Period 3 Prize available to be won. Period 3 Prize includes one (1) Balsam Hill 7.5’ Norway Spruce, color + clear LED. The ARV of the Period 3 Prize: $1,449.

Period 4 Prize: There is one (1) Period 4 Prize available to be won. Period 4 Prize includes one (1) Balsam Hill 7.5’ Frosted Yukon Spruce, LED Clear 3 mm. The ARV of the Period 4 Prize: $1,749.

Period 5 Prize: There is one (1) Period 5 Prize available to be won. Period 5 Prize includes one (1) Balsam Hill 7.5’ Sanibel Spruce, clear LED. The ARV of the Period 5 Prize: $999.
