ELIGIBILITY – Open only to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – The Resolution Better Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 31, 2018 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on January 31, 2019.

PRIZES – Grand Prizes (3): Winner’s choice of one (1) of the following prize options: Grand Prize Option 1: A Health & Wellness Retreat for winner and one guest at a Sponsor-specified Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona. Trip includes round trip economy air transportation, three nights hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy) and $500 spending money for ground transportation and on-property amenities, awarded in the form of a check for winner only. The ARV of Grand Prize Option 1 is $4,250.

Grand Prize Option 2: A Sponsor-specified Indoor Fitness Bike Family Package (including one bike, two pairs of shoes, one pair of weights, two pairs of headphones, two heart rate monitors, a bike mat, and two water bottles) and one (1) year subscription to online fitness classes. The ARV of Grand Prize Option 2 is $3,174.

Grand Prize Option 3: A Sponsor-specified Treadmill. The ARV of Grand Prize Option 3 is $4,000.

Weekly Prizes (4 – 1 per week): Winner’s choice of either a one (1) year gym membership to the local gym of winner’s choice (awarded as a $500 Sponsor specified gift card) or a $500 Sponsor-specified Spa Gift Card. The ARV of each Weekly Prize is $500.

Daily Prizes (32 – 1 per day): A fairlife duffel bag. The ARV of each Daily Prize is $30.

ELIGIBILITY – The CruiseShipCenters International Inc. “Dream Come True Vacation” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States (including Puerto Rico) and Canada (including Quebec) who are at least twenty one (21) years old or older at the time of entry and who otherwise meet the requirements.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 am PST on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 and ends at 11:59 pm PST on Thursday, February 28, 2019.

PRIZES – One (1) winner will receive one (1) 4-night Bahamian Disney Cruise Line vacation aboard the Disney Dream cruise ship leaving from Port Canaveral, Florida, and one (1) 3-night stay at the Walt Disney World Resort prior to the cruise (“Vacation Package”). The Vacation Package includes the following components:
Walt Disney World Resort stay includes:

Four (4) round-trip coach airfares between a major gateway airport closest to winner’s residence in Canada or in the United States (or Puerto Rico) as the case may be, and the Orlando International Airport in Orlando;
Motor coach transportation for four (4) passengers from the Orlando International Airport to the Walt Disney World Resort;

Disney Cruise Line vacation aboard the Disney Dream ship includes:

Actual final retail value of Vacation Package may be higher or lower based on departure. Vacation Package elements may be subject to additional restrictions.
