Without purchase: You may enter the Promotion during the Promotion Period without submitting an online order by sending an email to DonutHoles@papajohns.com with your name, mailing address, daytime telephone number, and date of birth (to confirm age eligibility).

ENTRY LIMIT – Limit: One (1) entry per person/household per week during the Promotion Period, regardless of entry method.

ELIGIBILITY – The Dreaming of Donuts Island Getaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Washington, D.C. who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – The Promotion begins on or about June 2, 2018 at 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends on June 30, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. EST.

PRIZES – ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize Winner will receive an 8-day/7-night trip for the winner and one (1) guest to visit Whenuakura “Donut’ Island, Whangamata, New Zealand (the “Trip”). The Trip includes:

Round-trip economy class airfare from any United Airlines U.S. gateway to Auckland International Airport, New Zealand;
Auckland airport/hotel arrival shuttle transfer;
Group C economy rental vehicle for up to six (6) days. Driver must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, possess a valid driver’s license and major credit card, and meet the terms and conditions of the rental agency. Winner will be responsible for any associated additional rental costs (including but not limited to insurance, gas, and GPS);
Pick-up Auckland, Drop-off Wellington;
Two nights accommodation Auckland;
Auckland in the Afternoon Foody tour
One-night accommodation Whangamata;
Morning Kayak to Whenuakura (Donut) Island from Whangamata, scheduling dependent on weather conditions for which sponsor is not responsible
Two nights accommodation Rotorua;
Hobbiton Movie Set Tour, Matamata
One-night accommodation Napier;
Art Deco Guided Walk, Napier
One-night accommodation Wellington;
Capital Tastes Tour, Wellington
APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”) OF TRIP: USD $9,500.

Winner is responsible for airline taxes and fees. Travel must be booked between October 1, 2018 – November 15, 2018 or February 15, 2019 – May 31, 2019. All travel must be completed by June 15, 2019. Prize is subject to availability at the time of bookings and requires a minimum of 6 weeks’ notice prior to proposed departure date to process booking. Airfare routing may be subject to blackout dates & availability. This original certificate must be presented to Down Under Adventures to redeem prize.

ELIGIBILITY – To be eligible for this Sweepstakes, at the time of entering you (referred to herein as “you” or “Entrant”) must: [a] be 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older; [b] be a resident of, and physically residing in one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia.

(3) guests chosen by Grand Winner (each a “Guest,” and together with the Grand Winner, the “Group”) on Sponsor-selected dates to the New York City, New York (“City”) for a shopping trip to the Disney Store consisting of the following elements for the Group (“Trip”). Grand Prize consists of: [a] hotel accommodations (one [1] standard rooms/quad occupancy, including room tax, subject to certain room availability), for two (2) consecutive nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; [b] one (1) Visa® Gift Card with a value of one thousand dollars ($1,000) for Grand Winner that can be used for select meals and merchandise in the City; [c] one (1) Disney Store Gift Card with a value of one thousand dollars ($1,000) for Grand Winner that can be used for shopping at the Disney Store; [d] if
Grand Winner resides outside of two hundred fifty (250) miles from City, up to four (4) round-trip coach airfares between the major U.S. gateway airport closest to Grand Winner’s residence (“Departure Airport”) and a New York City airport (“Arrival Airport”) (airports, airline carrier(s) and flights to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion, with possible layovers); however, if Grand Winner resides within two hundred fifty (250) miles of the City, airfare will NOT be provided; [e] up to four (4) round-trip ground transfers between the Arrival Airport and the City only if airfare is provided, and [f] one (1) Incredibles 2 prize pack that includes Incredibles 2 branded items chosen by Sponsor and assorted coupons for Clorox® products (“Prize Pack”). If the Grand Prize is awarded to a non-resident of California, the Grand Prize will also include an estimated cash amount of $586, which
cash amount will be withheld to defray his/her payment of taxes payable as a result of winning the Grand Prize. ARV for Grand Prize: $7,787.60 (if Grand Winner is a resident of California) or $8,373.76 (if Grand Winner is not a resident of California), which will vary depending upon points of departure and destination and fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares.

TWENTY FIVE (25) FIRST PRIZES (each, a “First Prize”): Each First Prize Winner (“First Prize Winner”) will receive the Prize Pack. (ARV for each First Prize: $87.60).
