ENTRY LIMIT – One (1) Standard Entry per person, per day for a maximum of sixty-six (66) Standard Entries during the Sweepstakes Period. A “day” is defined as the 24-hour period beginning at 12:00:01 AM PT on any individual calendar date during the Sweepstakes Period and ending at 11:59:59 PM PT on that date; and
One (1) Bonus Entry per person per Weekly Entry Period (as defined in the chart above) for a maximum of ten (10) Bonus Entries during the Sweepstakes Period.

ELIGIBILITY – Sweepstakes is open to all legal U.S. residents physically residing in the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or older at time of entry and have reached the age of majority in the state of residence.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – The Saputo Cheese USA Inc. Frigo® Cheese Heads® “Fans Favorite Matchup” Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on September 19, 2016, and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on November 23, 2016.

PRIZES – Fifty (50) Grand Prize winners (five [5] Grand Prize winners per Weekly Entry Period) will each receive a 54-quart capacity cooler with built-in wireless speakers (“Grand Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $240.
Two hundred (200) First Prize winners (twenty [20] per Weekly Entry Period) will each receive a foam football (“First Prize”). ARV of each First Prize: $7.50.
Four hundred (400) Second Prize winners (forty [40] per Weekly Entry Period) will each receive a coupon good for one (1) free (up to $6) Frigo® Cheese Heads® Cheese and Meat product (“Second Prize”). ARV of each Second Prize: $6.
