ENTRY LIMIT – Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period regardless of method of entry.

ELIGIBILITY – The Lindt & Stuff Santa’s Sack Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry, are legal residents of the forty-eight (48) continental United States or the District of Columbia and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – The Sweepstakes begins on November 1, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 4, 2015 at 11:59 ET.

PRIZES – There will be nine (9) Grand Prizes awarded to nine (9) verified winners (the “Grand Prize Winners” ) in a random drawing held on or about December 8, 2015 by random selection from among all eligible Sweepstakes entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Each Grand Prize consists of a selection of Lindt products in a red holiday sack having an ARV of $500.
