ENTRY LIMIT – LIMIT: An entrant is limited to one (1) Sweepstakes entry per day, regardless of the number of memes created or shared by the entrant per day.

ELIGIBILITY – This Sweepstakes is offered only to legal residents of Alabama, Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – The Sweepstakes begins on April 1, 2015, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on May 15, 2015, at 11:59:59 PM ET.

PRIZES – Grand Prize (1): The Grand Prize Winner will receive his/her choice of a personal service offered through Thumbtack.com, up to $1,200. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $1,200. If the selected personal service is less than $1,200, no further compensation will be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner. If the selected personal service exceeds $1,200, the Grand Prize Winner will be responsible for any difference. Only one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in the Sweepstakes.
First Prizes (27): Each First Prize Winner will receive one (1) $100 pre-paid card that may be used to book services provided through Thumbtack.com. The ARV of each First Prize is $100. No more than twenty seven (27) First Prizes will be awarded in the Sweepstakes.
