ELIGIBILITY – The Promotion is open only to legal residents of AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, and WY (each an “Eligible State”), who are thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of participating.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. (midnight) Central Time (“CT”) on March 30, 2015 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on May 9, 2015.

PRIZES – Grand Prizes (19 total; awarded one [1] per Retail Account): Each winner will receive a 75-inch LED HDTV. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000 USD each. Installation and set-up are solely winner’s responsibility.
Instant-Win Prizes (2,127 total;): Each winner will receive a Fandango Promotional Code via e-mail valid for four (4) movie tickets (up to $48 total value; $12 per ticket) to see Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron at Fandango partner theaters in the U.S., at any showing including those designated as “no coupons, no passes” in local theater listing guides. Fandango Promotional Code must be redeemed by July 31, 2015 and is void if not redeemed by the expiration date.
