ENTRY LIMIT – Limit of one (1) entry per person, per email address, per day, throughout the Promotion Period for a total of twenty eight (28) entries.

ELIGIBILITY – The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., Canada, and Puerto Rico, who are at least 18 years of age or older as of date of entry (except in Alabama, Nebraska, British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon participants must be 19 years or older to enter, and in Mississippi and Puerto Rico participants must be 21 years or older to enter).

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – The Children’s Place Super Hero Prize Game begins at 09:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 7, 2015 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on May 4, 2015.

PRIZES – GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded as detailed below:
-One (1) Hometown screening of the film “The Avengers 2” for up to 60 family and friends to take place at a theatre close to the winner’s home, which shall be chosen at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, on a date during which the film is generally being shown in theaters. (the Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is $1,500 USD/$1,864.04 CDN)

Note: If for some reason the Sponsor is unable to coordinate a private screening based on the grand prize winner’s hometown location, the Sponsor reserves the right at Sponsor’s sole discretion to fulfill the prize in the form of a $1,500 USD Fandango gift card or if the winner is from Canada they will receive a $1,500 USD check valued at $1,864.04 CDN.
-One (1) prize pack of “The Avengers 2” branded merchandise. ARV is $100 USD/$124.27 CDN.
-One (1) $1,000/$1,000 CDN The Children’s Place gift card.
The ARV of the total Grand Prize is $2,600 USD/$2,988.31 CDN.

INSTANT WIN PRIZES (4): A total of four (4) Instant Win Prizes will be awarded, as detailed below, approximately one (1) prize winner per week:
