ELIGIBILITY – This 2015 Super Bowl Satisfaction Game & Sweepstakes is open to individual legal residents of the 48 United States and Washington, District of Columbia who are age 13 or older as of date of participation.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01pm ET on December 29, 2014 and ends at 11:59:59 am ET on February 27, 2015.

PRIZES – One (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize: Two (2) tickets to Super Bowl 50 scheduled to be held on February 7, 2016 in Santa Clara, California (the “Football Game”), hotel accommodations for four (4) nights (single room with double occupancy at a hotel selected by Sponsor), round-trip coach class air transportation and $500 (awarded as a check). (Grand Prize Winner and travel guest are subject to and must comply with all applicable Football Game venue and ticket, air travel and hotel rules, restrictions and terms and failure to comply may result in a forfeiture of any unused portion of the Grand Prize. Football Game seating is determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for postponement or cancellation of the Football Game or issues arising from Football Game venue operation and management that affect seating or otherwise. Winner and travel guest must travel together on the same itinerary and must travel on dates specified by Sponsor or Sponsor may deem the prize forfeited.
