ENTRY LIMIT – LIMIT OF ONE SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PER HOUSEHOLD, PER DAY, PER SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD REGARDLESS OF THE METHOD OF ENTRY.

ELIGIBILITY – The “Book of Life Sweepstakes” is open only to legal U.S. residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous states of the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of December 15, 2014.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – The Sweepstakes entry period begins on December 18, 2014 at 12:01AM Pacific Time (“PT”) and will end on February 7, 2015, at approximately 11:59PM PT.

PRIZES – Grand Prize: The grand prize is a trip to Los Angeles, CA for a family of up to four (4) individuals to visit the Fox Studios in Los Angeles, CA that consists of the following: i) Coach round-trip travel to Los Angeles, CA from the closest major airport to the Grand Prize winner’s permanent residence for two (2) adults and two (2) children; ii) a (3) three nights stay in a upscale hotel in the Los Angeles, CA metropolitan area consisting of luxury accommodations which will consist of the winning family sharing a family-style suite room consisting of 2 queen beds; iii) and a one (1) day VIP tour of the Studio (lunch included) which includes a private screening of a theatrical motion picture which will be selected at the time the entrant winning the Grand Prize redeems the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize can only be redeemed/used on the following dates: May 14 – May 17, 2015 or September 24 – September 27 2015. The estimated retail value (“ERV”) of the Grand Prize is Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500.00).
