ENTRY LIMIT – Limit: Each entrant may enter the sweepstakes and play the Instant Win Game one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.
ELIGIBILITY – EverBank Draft Day Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – The Promotion begins on March 3, 2014 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on April 7, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
PRIZES – Instant Win Game Prizes: SEVEN (7) FIRST PRIZES: A $110 NFL gift card. ARV: $110. TWENTY NINE (29) SECOND PRIZES: A $35 NFL gift card. ARV: $35.
Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to New York City, NY to the NFL Draft. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to New York City, NY; three (3) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; and two (2) tickets to draft day on May 8, 2014. Winner must travel on the dates surrounding May 8, 2014 (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) or prize will be forfeited. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to select travel dates acceptable to winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $6,000.
