ELIGIBILITY – The Tic Tac® Shake Up the Holidays Game 2020 (the “Game”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and who have a valid e-mail address as of the date of participation.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – The Game begins at 9:00:01 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 2, 2020 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. ET on December 30, 2020.

PRIZES – The following prizes will be made available via the Game: Twenty (20) Smartwatches selected by Sponsor, approximate retail value (“ARV”) $415 each; Thirty (30) Wireless Headphones selected by Sponsor, ARV $200 each; Forty-Five (45) Smart Assistant Devices selected by Sponsor, ARV $60 each; and Sixty (60) $100 Prepaid Debit Gift Cards, ARV $100 each.
