ELIGIBILITY – The Sherwin Williams 2014 “Race to Victory” Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – The Sweepstakes begins on May 1, 2014 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on June 30, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

PRIZES – ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: An all-new 2014 Ford Explorer (MSRP $30,015) and a trip for two (2) to a 2014 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series™ race of winner’s choice. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a city near the Race; two (2) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); a $300 allowance for full-size rental car for length of stay; two (2) VIP passes (“VIP Passes”) and two (2) VIP access passes to the Race; $500 spending money (awarded as a gift card); and travel agent services. Winner will also receive $5,000 (awarded as a check), which is intended to help offset any federal or state tax obligations related to the acceptance of the Grand Prize. Sponsor will determine all features of automobile including but not limited to color of exterior and interior, and all other features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by delivery dealer and paid for by winner.
