ENTRY LIMIT – ONLY ONE (1) ENTRY INTO THE SWEEPSTAKES PER PERSON, HOUSEHOLD ADDRESS AND/OR EMAIL ADDRESS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

ELIGIBILITY – Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who as of the date of their entry into the Sweepstakes are eighteen (18) years of age or older.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – The PIK-NIK’S “ABOMINABLE” SWEEPSTAKES (“Sweepstakes”) starts at 12:01 am Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on 11/15/19 and ends at 12:01 am PST on 2/15/20

PRIZES – There will be one (1) Grand Prize (“Grand Prize” or “Prize”) awarded. Prize Winner will receive one (1) trip (“Trip”) for Winner and up to three (3) travel companions (each a “Travel Companion” and collectively “Travel Companions”) at one (1) only of the following two (2) destination cities selected by the Prize Winner: (a) New York, NY; OR (b) San Francisco, California.

New York Trip: A trip to New York, NY (“NYC”) for the Prize Winner and up to three (3) Travel Companions, which shall include the following:

Round-trip economy airfare from a ‘major gateway airport’ within the Eligibility Area and nearest to Prize Winner’s residence to NYC greater metropolitan area airport.
Includes one (1) item of carry-on luggage per person.
Round-trip group ground transportation from NYC greater metropolitan area airport to the hotel accommodations in NYC.
A single “family suite” hotel accommodation for two (2) nights at a four-star hotel in NYC.
A walking, “food” tour of NYC’s Chinatown neighborhood.
Four (4) all day standard passes to Jump Into the Light VR NYC.
Four (4) “skip the line” passes to One World Observatory in NYC.
$120 for Prize Winner, including secure transfer of money to Prize Winner’s designated bank account.
Estimated approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the New York Trip (if chosen by Prize Winner) is $3,832.

San Francisco Trip: A trip to San Francisco, CA, (“SF”) for the winner and up to three (3) Travel Companions, which shall include the following:

Round-trip economy airfare from a ‘major gateway airport’ within the Eligibility Area and nearest to Prize Winner’s residence to SF airport (maximum value of $400 per person, with such amount including taxes).
Includes one (1) item of carry-on luggage per person.
Round-trip group ground transportation from San Francisco International Airport to the hotel accommodations in SF.
A single “family suite” hotel accommodation for two (2) nights at a four-star hotel in SF.
A walking, “food” tour of SF’s Chinatown neighborhood.
A walking, Abominable-themed adventure tour, including: Round-trip group ground transportation from the hotel accommodations in SF to Mount Tamalpais State Park in CA; and a walking, guided tour of Mount Tamalpais State Park, which includes one (1) meal for Prize Winner and up to three (3) Travel Companions.
$120 for Prize Winner, including secure transfer of money to Prize Winner’s designated bank account.
Estimated ARV of the San Francisco Trip (if chosen by Prize Winner) is $3,832.
