ELIGIBILITY – If you are an individual legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and are the older of 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your state of residence at the time of entry, you are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Our employees and employees of Warner Music Group (“Warner”), and Warner’s and our employees’ immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and Warner’s and our affiliates, advisors or advertising/promotion agencies (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. (PT) on April 28, 2015 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) on May 4, 2015.

PRIZES – We (Amazon.com) will award one winner the Grand Prize which consists of:A trip for the winner and his/her guest to New York City, NY on or about September 28-30, 2015, to attend a Josh Groban concert at The Beacon Theatre in New York City, NY on September 29, 2015 (the “Trip”). The Trip has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $3,100.00 and consists of:
-Round trip economy class airfare for the winner and one guest departing from a major airport near the winner’s residence (within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia) and arriving at an airport in the NYC area (the “Airport”);
-2 nights standard hotel accommodations for the winner and his/her guest (single room, double occupancy) at a NYC area hotel to be determined by Sponsor or WMG in their sole discretion (the “Hotel”);
-Round-trip ground transportation for the winner and his/her guest to/from Airport and Hotel;
-Round-trip ground transportation for the winner and his/her guest to/from concert and Hotel; and
-Tickets for the winner and his/her guest to attend the Josh Groban concert in NYC on September 29, 2015.
