ENTRY LIMIT – Potential maximum limit for Grand Prize Sweepstakes is one (1) Entry per day, ten (10) Kitchen Concentration Entry (ies) per day, ten (10) Voting Entry(ies) per day, one (1) Pinterest entry, and one (1) Twitter per day over the course of the Promotion.

ELIGIBILITY – Promotion is open only to persons, who are, as of date of entry, 21 years of age or older, legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C. Entrants may not have been convicted of a felony.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – You may enter via the internet during the period beginning at 10:00:00am ET on September 21, 2020 and ending at 11:59:59pm ET on October 30th, 2020.

PRIZES – GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a grand prize (“Grand Prize”) of $50,000 cash intended to be used to renovate the home of the Grand Prize Winner (issued via check and will be mailed to the Grand Prize Winner between the following dates: December 15, 2020 through February 15th, 2021(subject to change) : [a] Grand Prize Winner and possibly Guest to have a design video call consultation with Sponsor’s team of renovation experts on how to spend the $50,000 Grand Prize money on kitchen renovation (“Video Call Consultation”); [b] Grand Prize Winner and possibly Guest to potentially be featured on-air on Home & Family (subject to possible video call editing, as noted herein) as part of an on-air segment (“Segment”). The exact method and context of incorporating the Grand Prize Winner and possibly Guest within the duration of the on-screen use shall be at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Without limiting the foregoing, Grand Prize Winner and possibly Guest shall have no right of review or approval of their role as it appears in the Segment. Grand Prize Winner and possibly Guest acknowledge and agree that their appearance in the Segment may be modified and such modifications may occur in Sponsor’s sole discretion and for any reason including, without limitation, as a result of production needs, creative preferences, formatting requirements or broadcast standards requirements. Sponsor is not responsible in the event the Segment in which the Grand Prize Winner and possibly Guest is to appear does not air as originally intended, in whole or in part, as a result of delay, cancellation or pre-emption; and [b] a voucher worth $5,000 to Cabinets To Go. All terms and conditions for voucher apply. ARV for Grand Prize: $55,000.00.

WEEKLY SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES/ARV’S: Thirty (30) Weekly Prizes (five (5) prizes each week for six (6) weeks): Five (5) Weekly Prize Winners will receive one (1) $500 prize that shall be issued via check ARV: $500.00. ARV total: $15,000.00.

Trip consists of the following elements for up to two (2) people total (i.e., the Grand Prize Winner and up to one (1) guest (“Guest”)), (together with Grand Prize Winner, collectively, the “Group”): [a] Grand Prize Winner and possibly guest to have a design consultation with Sponsor’s team of renovation experts on how to spend the $50,000 renovation money (“Consultation”); [b] Grand Prize Winner and possibly guest to be featured in an on-air on Home & Family at least once (subject to possible editing, as noted herein) as part of a promotional piece (“Promo”).
