Win the 2022 HGTV Dream Home, $250,000 and a 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer!

ENTRY LIMIT – Limit of one (1) entry, per valid email address, per eligible person, per Website, per day during the Promotion Period.

ELIGIBILITY – Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., including territories, possessions, and commonwealths, age 21 or older as of Promotion start date.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – Giveaway starts at 9:00 a.m. on December 28, 2021 and ends at 5:00 p.m. ET on February 17, 2022.

PRIZES – One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following: (i) one (1) home located in Warren, Vermont (the “HGTV Dream Home 2022”) that is featured on the Websites (including home furnishings, fixtures, artwork, and merchandise) (approximate retail value (“ARV”): $2,120,257); (ii) an All New 2022 Jeep® Grand Wagoneer™ (the “Vehicle Prize”) (ARV: $111,370), and (iii) Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000) presented in the form of a check. Actual value of HGTV Dream Home 2022 depends on market fluctuations. ARV of total Grand Prize: $2,481,627.
In lieu of taking title to the HGTV Dream Home 2022 (and the contents of the HGTV Dream Home 2022), the Grand Prize Winner will have the option of receiving $750,000 in cash (the “Cash Option”). If the Grand Prize Winner cannot take possession of the HGTV Dream Home 2022 due to a force majeure event, failure of construction, or any other reason as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, Grand Prize Winner shall receive the Cash Option. Total ARV of the Grand Prize is $1,111,370 if Grand Prize Winner selects the Cash Option in lieu.

WINNER’S LIST – Beginning on or about March 17, 2022, you may obtain the name of the Grand Prize Winner by going to the Websites.
