ELIGIBILITY – Participation open to those residing within the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (“DC”) who are legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older and the age of majority in the U.S. jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – The TaxAct “Holiday Gifting Sweepstakes” begins at 12:00:00 AM (ET) on November 26, 2021 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on December 26, 2021.

PRIZES – One (1) Grand Prize: $5,000 Holiday Savings Fund and Xpert Help During the Tax Season. Grand Prize consists exclusively of: one (1) check for $5,000 from the Sponsor which the Grand Prize winner may elect to use as Holiday Gift Fund; free tax advice from a TaxAct tax expert during the tax filing period for 2021 Federal tax period. TaxAct Xpert Help is available to certain users of TaxAct’s online, consumer 1040 product for an additional charge. Service hours limited to designated scheduling times and by expert availability. WINNER’S LIST – To receive name and city / state of residence of winners of prizes valued at $25 or more, mail a stamped, self-addressed envelope accompanied with a signed, hand-printed request to “TaxAct Holiday Gifting Winner’s List”, PO Box 11508, Bozeman, MT 59719-1508. All requests must be received by January 31, 2022.
