ELIGIBILITY – The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the USA who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority, whichever is older, in their respective states of permanent residence at the time of entry

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on November 10, 2021 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on November 17, 2021.

PRIZES – There will be five hundred (500) Prize Winners. Each Prize Winner (“Winner”) will receive a Green Giant ® Thanksgiving Themed L Ugly Christmas Sweater in one (1) of (3) styles (“Prize”). Exact style determined by the Sponsor in their sole discretion. The Prize has an approximate retail value of $24.50. Total Prize Pool – $12,250. LIMIT ONE (1) PRIZE PER ENTRANT.
