ENTRY LIMIT – There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per Entry Period.

ELIGIBILITY – The Sweepstakes is open to U.S. citizens and U.S. resident aliens who are physically located in and legal residents of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are at least the age of majority in their state of residence at time of entry: 18 years of age in most states, 19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – The “Papa Murphy’s Tailbaking Sweepstakes” commences at 10:00 AM PT on September 13, 2021 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on October 25, 2021.

PRIZES – Drawing No 2 Prizes:
First Place Prizes: The two (2) First Place Winners will each receive: (i) one (1) $100 Papa Murphy’s gift card (subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card), with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $100; (ii) one (1) $100 online Fanatics gift card (subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card), with an ARV of $100; and (iii) one (1) $300 ticket sales company digital gift card (subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card), with an ARV of $300, collectively the (“Entry Period 2 Second Place Prize(s)”). The total ARV of this First Place Prize is $500.
Second Place Prizes: Five (5) Second Place Winners will each receive: (i) one (1) $25 Papa Murphy’s gift card (subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card), with an ARV of $25 each; and (ii) Three (3) Second Place Winners will each receive one (1) $25 online Fanatics gift card (subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card), with an ARV of $25 each, each an (“Entry Period 2 Second Place Prize”).

WINNER’S LIST – All requests for a copy of the Official Rules and for the names of the Winners (first name and state) must be made by December 27, 2021. The Winner List will only include Winners with Prize values of $25 or more. Vermont residents may omit return postage if requesting a set of Official Rules. For the names of the Winners and/or Official Rules: (i) send a self- addressed stamped envelope to: “Papa Murphy’s Tailbaking Sweepstakes”, #140 233 Rock Road, Glen Rock, NJ 07452; and (ii) write, as applicable, “Winners List” or “Official Rules” on the lower left-hand corner of the envelope.
