ELIGIBILITY – The “Grill to the Beat” Sweepstakes is open to individual, legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (“D.C.”), who have reached the age of majority in their state or district of primary residence (at least 18 years old in all states or district except AL and NE (at least 19 years old) and MS (at least 21 years old) at the time of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 4/30/21 and ends at 11:59:59 AM ET on 8/2/21.

PRIZES – One Hundred Eighty (180) Grand Prizes (thirty (30) per Participating Retailer) (each, a “Prize”): Each winner will receive a summer grilling package that includes: a JBL portable Bluetooth speaker, a $10 Apple Gift Card, a grilling utensil kit and an apron. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize is $150.00.

WINNER’S LIST – For the names of the Prize Winners, send an email including the name of the retailer where you learned about the Sweepstakes to be received by 9/3/21 at 5:00:00 PM ET to: Winners@ASMnet.com and include “Grill to the Beat Sweepstakes” in the subject line.
