ENTRY LIMIT – Limit one entry per person.

ELIGIBILITY – The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, United States territories (including APO/FPO military addresses) and Puerto Rico, who are physically located therein and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older, as of the date of their participation and entry; and i) are expecting a baby or new child (this includes but is not limited to a pregnancy, birth, adoption, surrogacy) at the time of entry; or ii) had a baby or new child who was born after January 1, 2020 (this includes but is not limited to a pregnancy, birth, adoption, surrogacy).

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – The Sweepstakes begins on 5/7/2020 on or about 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on 5/23/2020 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

PRIZES – Grand Prizes: One hundred (100) grand prizes will be awarded. Each grand prize winner will receive a prize pack that includes essential baby products perfect for baby’s first year valued at $630. The prize pack includes a $400 Carter’s promo card, Skip Hop Play to Night™ Expanding Travel Crib and a Skip Hop Fashion Diaper Bag. The items included in the prize pack can change as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Each grand prize winner will also be invited to a virtual baby shower that is scheduled on June 11, 2020 at a time to be determined by the Sponsor. Each prize winner will be permitted to invite one (2) guests to the virtual baby shower. At the virtual baby shower, five (5) $2,000 Carter’s promo cards will be awarded. Date and time of the virtual shower is subject to change by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. To participate in the virtual shower, you will be required to meet various technical requirements that will be specified at the time of notification. If individual cannot meet such requirements, then the individual will not be permitted to participate in the virtual shower. Each grand prize winner must also be willing to voluntarily submit and complete a background check prior to any appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show if asked. Such show date and/or time is subject to change and cancellation, and Kelly Clarkson Show is not liable for any such changes and no additional compensation shall be awarded to a grand prize winner.
