ELIGIBILITY – The Promotion is open only to legal residents of any of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of participation.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 p.m. (noon) Central Time (“CT”) on January 6, 2020 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on February 14, 2020.

PRIZES – Prizes (40 total; 1 per Day for each Day of the Promotion Period): “Lay’s® for a Year”, awarded in the form of fifty-two (52) coupons; each redeemable for one (1) bag of LAY’S® Potato Chips (up to a value of $4.29). Coupons are subject to terms and conditions as set by issuer. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Up to $223.08 each.
