ENTRY LIMIT – Limit: You may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

ELIGIBILITY – The Sip. Shoot Score. Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of
the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – The Sweepstakes begins on January 13, 2020 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on February 17, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

PRIZES – TWO (2) GRAND PRIZES: One Grand Prize will be awarded to each of two winners. Each Grand Prize consists of a trip for two (2) to Greensboro, North Carolina for the 2020 New York Life ACC Tournament (“Game”). The trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Greensboro, North Carolina; two (2) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); and two (2) tickets to the Game on March 14, 2020. Winner and its guest must travel on the dates determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion or prize will be forfeited. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to select travel dates acceptable to winner. Trip must be booked at least twenty-one (21) days prior to departure. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be round trip. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000.00.
