ENTRY LIMIT – Online Entry: LIMIT: one (1) online entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period.

ELIGIBILITY – The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Each entrant must have a valid mailing address in the United States (a P.O. box will not suffice).

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – This sweepstakes is sponsored by Frankly Media LLC d/b/a Frankly Media located at 2110 Powers Ferry Road, Suite 470, Atlanta, GA 30339 (the “Sponsor”) and runs between 11/07/2019 at 6:48 AM ET (“Eastern Time”) and 12/16/2019 at 3:00 AM ET

PRIZES – There is one (1) grand prize available to be won, consisting of a cash award in the amount of one thousand US Dollars (US$1,000) (the “Grand Prize”). Grand Prize is non-transferable.

Five (5) Secondary Prizes

There are five (5) secondary prizes available to be won, consisting of five (5) 12-month digital subscriptions to Newsweek. Each Secondary Prize will be awarded to one of five (5) secondary winners. Each Secondary Prize is transferable to another individual of the winner’s choice, at winner’s discretion. Transfer of the Secondary Prize to another individual must be specified at the time of prize fulfillment. The approximate value of each Secondary Prize is ninety-nine US dollars (US $99).

WINNER’S LIST – To obtain a copy of the winner’s list, available thirty (30) days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period, please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Frankly Media Sweepstakes Winner’s List, 2110 Powers Ferry Road, Suite 470, Atlanta, GA 30339. Please indicate which Sweepstakes winner’s list you would like to receive.
